Hello everyone,
I am actually trying to work on the cyberdeck model, also the name "sturdy bug" is really growing on me so it might be the name of this place and some projects indefinitely.
I already had an unused display for Raspberry Pi (uses the MIPI DSI connector on the board), which I would really like to employ somehow (Thus the cyberdeck will probably be based around an rpi 5). I decided, as an exercise propedeutical to making more complex designs, to make a simple case for said display, and in the process to learn some FreeCAD. It hardly seems noteworthy enough to post here but
- if it's on the internet people might use it/remix it
- it's also a good exercise in posting progress
- if I don't post often I'm gonna forget this place exists
So yea have a display case for an extremely specific Osoyoo 7inch 800x480 touch display v3
